GPL Box ensures your inquiry is handled promptly and with care. Our enhanced support ticket system allows us to assist you in the most convenient way possible.

As a satisfied GPL customer, you can access the support system via the Support Tickets section on your My Account page.


You only need to submit one ticket per issue. We strive to respond within 24-48 hours, but please allow extra time on weekends and holidays. While we aim to update all plugins within 48 hours, occasional delays may occur due to our role as a reseller before updates appear on our site.
